What a great Easter Sunday we had! The numbers were up, the worship was excellent and the presence of the Spirit of the Lord was evident. Thanks for being with us and allowing God to work in you and through you to encourage other.
If you have not marked your calendar for the June 6 experience, please do so. That's that day we'll meet together then leave the building, as we move out into the community to worship with our hands by serving our neighbors.
The details are still being worked out on the specifics of the project(s), but we want everyone to be involved. Yes, that is EVERYONE. Everyone can do something. Manual labor. Transportation. Food. Child care. Water. Young. Old. EVERYONE.
This is the only the first. We want to do something similar to this in the Fall. Maybe you know of a neighborhood that needs to be cleaned-up, a school that could use some improvements, a neighbor who could use some help with landscaping, or minor home repairs. Let us know.
It is time we expressed with action the love we in our hearts for our community.
