Worship Ministry
The worship ministry at Hermitage seeks to provide an atmosphere for the seeker to be in the presence of God. Through Bible readings, prayers, Acappella congregational singing, the preaching and teaching from God's Word, the weekly participation in the Lord's Supper, and sharing in the
financial obligations needed to support the various ministries of the church we hope to create a setting where everyone can experience a meaningful encounter with God. Our assemblies are designed to encourage the individual to examine his or her relationship with God, reflect on what God has done in their life, to share joys and sorrows with fellow searchers, and to offer our praise to the living God.
Our Sunday morning worship is a blend of some of the traditions of fellowship with a contemporary feel.
We also provide a Deaf assembly.
On Sunday evenings we offer opportunities for worship and fellowship through small groups and gathering in the chapel.
